RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A refund may only be made on a product if a manufacturing fault is present, if you
change your mind on an item or size, a refund will not be offered.
Should there be a fault with the garment, notification to Shakey Bones must be made
within 10 business days after the purchase date for a refund to be applicable. When items
are returned, they must be in original condition, not marked, and un-worn.
Returns must be sent back within 12 days after contacting Shakey Bones.
If a return is sent to Shakey Bones prior to contacting us, the return will not be
accepted. Contact must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before
any returns are sent.
